My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were located quite far after climbing stairs and walking along long corridors, but the staff did their best to address issues like fly squashed on the wall and poor cleaning. The entrance was a bit inconvenient, but my wife's birthday experience improved after switching rooms.

The hotel's location near city attractions and good bus connections made it easy to get around. The rooms, while spacious enough for a family, were noisy due to loud televisions. The service, especially from Otis, was helpful and clear. The dining experience was okay, but the breakfast felt unexciting. The car park with security barriers was a plus, but the ongoing refurbishment was a letdown.

The hotel is conveniently located near motorways on the east side of Leeds, making it a handy stopover spot with a variety of dining options nearby. The rooms, although slightly dated, are adequately equipped with everything you need. The service is friendly and polite, but there were some hiccups like delays in service. The dining experience is good value for money, and the facilities, especially the pool area, could use some updating.
